Hi,
I'm in the process of building a new HTPC that will use the Ceton Cable card tuner (Windows 7 Media Center).

I'm planning on using the built in graphics of the I3-540 & the GA-H57M-USB3 motherboard, with HDMI output. However, I want to connect this HTPC to my old ProScan 3800 CRT HDTV which only has component inputs.

Would any of the HDFury products allow me to connect this PC to my old CRT TV and view stuff at 1080i?

If so, would it require me to manually change the graphic resolution in Windows 7, or will the HDFury allow Windows to auto-discover the TV and set the correct resolution automatically?

Thanks,
Rich
