Hey,
I ordered the HD Fury 1 last week and received (in a very timely fashion) the Dr. HDMI instead.
I left a message on the primary HDFury site via the contact form on Friday and emailed the paypal account associated email address the same day. I wanted to goose the response a little bit - please respond to my queries about what to do today.
UPDATE After receiving correct shipment -
It appears that HDFury shipped the correct item nearly immediately on my contacting them. I never recievedemail acknowledgements of my problem, but did recieve shipping and tracking info apparentlynwhen the shipments were prepped.
In sum, highly responsive customer service, if weak communication. I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you.
